Police looking for driver involved in hit and run

If you saw a hit and run on Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of College and Crawford Avenue, the Windsor Police Service wants to hear from you.

Officers were called to the intersection around 4:50 p.m. after a collision involving a motorcycle and a small blue sedan.

The driver of the sedan took off, heading south on Campbell Avenue before police arrived. Witnesses told police a man was driving the vehicle.

The motorcycle driver was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident is asked to contact the police. Investigators are also asking anyone in the area with surveillance cameras to check their footage for possible evidence.
