A group of local developers is disappointed but not surprised. Last night Sarnia City Council turned down a request to reimburse over $48,000 in costs incurred by five businessmen behind the Sarnia General Hospital Health Campus proposal. One of them, Ken Poore, says it isn't really about the money. Council is still awaiting a final legal ruling on ownership of the building and the responsibilities that go with ownership.
