Sarnia's mayor says he's underwhelmed by city staff's recommended amenities plan for Centennial Park. Plans include trails and parkways, a playground, gardens and landscape and a community launch pad. Instead, built-in anchors are recommended to allow for a wide variety of tent layouts. City council is to consider the latest staff report at its meeting Monday, July 27.
