Blue Water Parcels is hoping to have a backlog of parcels cleared by the end of the week. Recent changes by US Customs have prevented packages from being imported at the Blue Water Ferry in Sombra. Owner of Blue Water Parcels Lowell Dalgety says they had no choice in the matter, and have to follow government rules. Dalgety says he hopes the backlog will be cleared by the end of this week.
