Lambton College is celebrating its 49th annual convocation this Saturday.
Nearly 4,060 students are graduating this year.
College spokesperson Cindy Buchanan says it's the school's largest graduating class to date.
"In addition there will be some awards that will be given out," says Buchanan.
"The Alumni Leadership Award honours a student who exhibits leadership abilities and the Board of Governors Award honours a student who demonstrates academic achievement."
Human rights activist, journalist and award-winning author Sally Armstrong is this year's guest speaker.
Armstrong is the recipient of eight honorary doctorate degrees and is a member of the Order of Canada.
The ceremony gets underway at 2pm at the Sarnia Sports and Entertainment Centre.
It will also be streamed live for those unable to attend in person at https://www.mylambton.ca/Registrar/Convocation_Lives tream/.
