The last and the biggest fall fair of the circuit begins Friday in Brigden.
Spokesperson Julie Maw said visiting the Brigden Fair for many is a Thanksgiving family tradition.
"There is something happening every day," said Maw. "We start off with our Agriculture in the Classroom. We have over 800 children coming to check out displays and then at 7 p.m., it's our tractor pull. Saturday we have a pie-eating contest and pie auction with all the proceeds going St. Joseph's Hospice. We have our parade at noon Saturday, so make sure you come early to get your spot."
She said helicopters rides are on all weekend. On Sunday there's the Mid Western Horse Show and the Great Pumpkin Weigh In.
Maw said the fair always thousands of patrons, and they've expanded their free parking to accommodate the large number of vehicles.
"We've added different asphalt areas, we've added more gravel to the grounds just trying to make it more accessible for everyone," she said. "We've expanded our handicapped parking if you have difficulties getting around. We also increased our shuttles. Shuttles are going to be running all the time so if you're concerned that you're parking in the back fifty, just go to the end of your row, hop and the shuttle and you can go wherever you want on the grounds."
The fair continues through Thanksgiving Monday
