Over 300 Sarnia-Lambton students are home from school.
Lambton Public Health says a total of 344 elementary and secondary students were suspended from class, after failing to provide updated immunization records by Monday, March 2.
Notices were sent out to 1,800 parents and guardians at the beginning of February whose immunization records were still not up to date.
Records can be updated online at www.lambtonpublichealth.ca, by phone at 519-383-8331, or in person at the health unit at 160 Exmouth St. in Point Edward.
They include immunizations for diphtheria, tetanus, polio, mumps, rubella, measles, meningitis, whooping cough and chickenpox for children born in 2010 or later.
