Essex Budget Could Be Making The Rounds If Councillor Gets Her Way

An Essex town councillor wants to have rotating budget meetings during deliberations.

Sherry Bondy says the town should be more inclusive and hold meetings in Harrow and McGregor.

The issue will be debated at the next council meeting August 21.
