The County of Essex has reopened County Road 22 between East Pike Creek Road and Patillo Road in Lakeshore.
The eastbound lanes and one westbound lane closed for emergency repairs Wednesday morning.
The roadway buckled in the heat late Tuesday afternoon.
The county reopened the road completely shortly before 3:30 p.m.
