UPDATE: Threat of severe thunderstorms ended

Severe thunderstorm watches and warnings posted for Sarnia-Lambton, Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent have ended.

Environment Canada was warning of strong wind gusts of 90 km/h, nickel to toonie sized hail and tornadoes are possible for the region Sunday evening.

There is the possibility of thunderstorms across the region again Monday.

It is recommended if threatening weather approaches to take cover.
