This year's Uncommon Festival in Amherstburg will feature a drone show on its second evening.
The festival runs from September 20 to September 22 in downtown Amherstburg, and the choreographed performance is on Saturday, September 21, in King's Navy Yard Park.
The event is one of Amherstburg's most anticipated festivals, celebrating everything from the steampunk aesthetic to wizard wannabes.
"This year promises to be our most spectacular yet," said Mayor Micheal Prue. "We are incredibly proud to bring such innovative and enchanting experiences to our community."
The lineup for Friday, September 20, features a magician's show, children's activities with Mad Science, and "a mesmerizing journey into the land of mind-bending marvels."
In addition to the drone show on Saturday, Rivertown Dance Academy will perform, catch the Circus of Industrious Fleas, and the annual costume contest.
The final day features a parade and an Old Time Magic Show.
Buskers will entertain the crowds throughout the event while local vendors market their wares.
The first Uncommon Festival was held in 2018.
