Over three days, the Windsor Police Problem-Oriented Policing Unit arrested 19 suspects for theft at local stores.
Police partnered with loss prevention teams at those retailers between September 18 and 20.
Among those charged, three youths, 11 repeat theft suspects, and four people wanted on outstanding warrants.

Police also recovered $2,284 in stolen property and laid 45 charges.
