LaSalle police say two Windsor residents have been arrested following a traffic stop late Sunday night.

Officers stopped a vehicle for speeding at around 10:30 p.m. on Front Road near Victory Street. The officer made observations that led to the car being searched.

An unspecified quantity of suspected crack cocaine, suspected methamphetamine, and over $700 in Canadian money were found and seized.

A 23-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman were both arrested and charged with possession with intent to sell.

The charges have not been proven in court. Both were released and given court appearances.
