Nine Windsor locations to host watch parties on U.S. election night

Windsorites have been invited to watch an event that will set the tone for the next four years among their American neighbours.

The Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association (DWBIA) will sponsor a U.S. President Election Watch Party on Tuesday evening. Nine downtown venues will feature election coverage, and some will add special events.

Election watch party events will take place at the following downtown locations.

  • Cheetah’s - 86 Chatham St West

  • Craft Heads Brewing Company - 89 University Ave West

  • Eastwood’s Grill and Bar - 63 Riverside Drive East

  • Manchester Pub - 546 Ouellette Avenue

  • On A Roll Sushi and Sliders - 63 Pitt Street East

  • Panache Restaurant and Lounge - 53 Pitt Street East

  • The Hustle 507 - 507 Ouellette Avenue

  • The Loose Goose Restopub - 126 Ouellette Avenue

  • Treehouse Bar and Grill - 351 Ouellette Avenue

"The impact of the U.S. election goes beyond American borders," said Windsor Ward 3 Councillor Renaldo Agostino. "It influences communities like ours here in Windsor. This watch party offers our residents a unique and connected way to witness history."
