The Ontario Ministry of Labour has sent an investigator to look into an incident at a Windsor business.
Windsor police and emergency crews were called to Hawthorne Drive shortly before 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday. The Ministry reported the business as ZF FoxConn, a company that manufactures chassis systems for vehicles.
"It was reported that a worker was injured while driving a piece of equipment. A ministry inspector has been assigned to investigate," wrote a Ministry spokesperson in an email to WindsorNewsToday.ca.
No further details have been provided. There was also no immediate word on the worker's condition.
