Suspects sought in attempted murder

Windsor police have arrested three people and are looking for three others after shots were fired in a west-end neighbourhood last Thursday.

Just before midnight on January 30, police were called to the intersection of Partington Avenue and Algonquin Street.

No physical injuries were reported but several shell casings were recovered.

Three suspects have been arrested and charged after an investigation by the Major Crimes Unit.

On Friday, the Ontario Provincial Police located and arrested a 22-year-old woman. She was charged with accessory after the fact to attempted murder.

On February 3, Windsor police arrested a 33-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man who were also charged with accessory after the fact to attempted murder.

Police have not released the names of the people who were charged.

Investigators continue to look for three individuals.

The first suspect has been identified as 36-year-old Chelsea Adamache. She is wanted on charges of accessory after the fact to attempted murder.

The second suspect is described as a light-skinned Black man in his late thirties, with vitiligo on his face, approximately 5’2”, with a medium build, brown eyes, and curly hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing all black. He is wanted on charges of attempted murder.

The third suspect is described as a man in his thirties with a light complexion, approximately 5’10”, with a thin build, light eyes, a buzz cut, and strawberry blonde facial hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing all black. He is also wanted on charges of attempted murder.

Two vehicles have been identified as part of the investigation.

The first vehicle is described as a black 2008 Chevrolet Suburban with chrome side mirrors, a sticker on the rear passenger side window, and Ontario plate number DDDP 146.

The second vehicle is described as a grey 2010 Ford Edge with Ontario plate number DCZJ 067.
