Windsor police are looking for help in finding a man missing since Monday afternoon.
The 22-year-old, identified as Carl, was last seen at around 3 p.m. in the area of Allyson Avenue and St. Julien Street.
There is concern for his well-being.
Carl is described as a Black male, who was last seen wearing a grey winter jacket, black sweatpants, and black Nike slide shoes.
