Once again, the Town of LaSalle is hosting an evening of fireworks on New Year's Eve at the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Centre.
This year's event, sponsored by Essex Power, starts at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
Those going should arrive no later than 7:15 p.m. and park in one of the parking lots on-site. Parking on the road and shoulder will not be allowed and LaSalle Police will be enforcing traffic to ensure the safety of everyone attending.
The fireworks will be launched from behind the outdoor pavillion, and will be visible from any parking lot.
The Vollmer Culture and Recreation Centre will be closed during the display, but there will be portable toilets in parking lots 1, 2, 3, and 7.
