The sale of homes in Windsor-Essex was down nearly 5 per cent in June.
The Windsor-Essex Association of Realtors monthly report states that 476 homes were sold in June 2026, compared to 501 homes sold in June 2025.
Overall, sales are down 4.81 per cent in 2026 compared to the same six months in 2025.
There were 2.66 per cent fewer homes on the market in June 2026 compared to the same month last year.
The average price of a home sold in the region last month was $566,103, down 2.88 per cent from 2025.
Most homes sold last month were between $420,000-$549,999.
