Playing a game based on a popular game show feature paid off for a Leamington man.
Richard B., a regular lottery player, collected a $100,000 prize after playing Plinko, an interactive scratch-off game based on the game played on "The Price is Right".
He scratched off his ticket and went back to the store to have it validated, and realized he'd be travelling to Toronto to drop a real Plinko chip.
"I was coming to Toronto for the chance of a lifetime,” said Richard B. “I went home to tell my wife, and she was flabbergasted."
He dropped his chip on the big board at the OLG Prize Centre and won $100,000.
He purchased his winning ticket at the Dairy Mart on Oak Street East in Leamington.
Richard plans to use his winnings to buy a racehorse.
