Police look to identify theft suspect

Windsor police are looking for a suspect in connection with several thefts throughout the city last month.

Investigators report the suspect entered several stores and took merchandise without paying.

The incidents happened on Huron Church Road, Walker Road, and Tecumseh Road between August 17 and August 29.

The suspect is described as a Black woman with a heavy build, approximately 5'6” to 5'8” tall, and short brown curly hair.

Anyone who can identify the suspect is asked to call the Windsor Police Service Retail Crime Unit at 519-255-6700, ext. 4000.
