Four people have been arrested and a fifth is being sought after London police seized $57,000 worth of fentanyl from a home in the east end of the city.
Officers with the guns and gangs section, mobile surveillance unit, and emergency response searched a home on Hilton Avenue last Friday. Inside they found 380 grams of suspected fentanyl, eight grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine, digital scales and an undisclosed quantity of cash.
A 49-year-old, 35-year-old, 23-year-old, and 18-year-old have been charged with possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking. The 23-year-old faces an additional charge of resisting arrest.
An arrest warrant has been issued for a fifth person. Suzanne Meyers is wanted for possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking. Police continue to look for Meyers.
