Lancers Can Redeem Themselves

The Windsor Lancers Men's Hockey program is getting one last shot at competing for a national championship.

After a disappointing defeat in Guelph, dropping the OUA West Finals, the team plays for bronze tonight against McGill at South Windsor Arena at 8pm.

Lancers Head Coach Kevin Hamlin is looking for redemption. "We feel we have something to prove," he explains. "We've been nationally ranked all year long, we know that we're inside the top ten, and we want to prove that we're even better than that."

The men's Lancers hockey team finished the regular season with an OUA-best record of 22-4-1.

The winner of tonight's game will go onto the CIS Championships in Halifax. The loser will go home.
