A $70 million renovation is underway at Devonshire Mall.
The renovation includes a complete redevelopment of the former Target store that will include a Metro grocery store.
The mall will also be expanding the food court to offer more seating and additional dining options.
The construction is expected to continue in phases through 2018. The mall will be open throughout the construction.
