Sarnia police and fire were called to another act of mischief in Sarnia Monday night. Fire Safety Educator Mike Otis says they responded to a southend bus shelter around 9:30pm "Sarnia fire responded to the corner of Wellington and Victoria for a report of smoke coming from a bus shelter after seeing a bright explosion. City police also attended and the situation was quickly handled." It's believed fireworks are to blame. City police continue to investigate. Sarnia Transit says there is no damage to the new bus shelter, installed in the fall of 2015.
