Greyhounds Down Spits

The Windsor Spitfires fell 6-4 to the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds in OHL action on Thursday.

It was a back and forth game with the Spits and Greyhounds tying it up 4-4 at the end of the second period. However, Sault Ste. Marie was able to score two unanswered goals in the third for the win.

Patrick Sanvido, Lucas Venuto, Jamie Lewis and Cristiano DiGiacinto each scored one goal for Windsor.

The Spitfires will take on the Kitchener Rangers on Friday at 7:05pm.
