Thursday Holstein veal calves sold on a very strong market at prices $5-10 higher in all classes.Beef calves sold steady. Lambs sold on a good active trade. Sheep and goats sold steady.
Friday Calves sold steady. Second cut calves sold under pressure and yearlings sold actively at steady prices.
Steers
Aaron and Jason Coultes of Wingham consigned 2 head that averaged 1358 lbs and sold for an average price of 128.28. One limo steer weighed 1385 lbs and sold for 129.50.
