The Windsor Police Service has partnered with the BOLO program to offer a $50,000 reward for tips that lead to the arrest of Nouraldin Rabee.
Rabee is wanted for the murder of 16-year-old Chance Gauthier, who was killed on February 14, 2018.

Investigators believe Gauthier was kidnapped from a house party, and then taken downtown in the trunk of a car. He was fatally shot in the head at point-blank range.
The Windsor Police Service laid charges against two individuals in the case. Mal Chol was arrested in the days following the murder and charged. He pled guilty to manslaughter in 2020 and was sentenced to seven years in prison.
It's believed Rabee left the country soon after Gauthier's murder. Investigators believe he flew to Cairo, Eygpt. He is known to have ties in Jordan, Israel, and the United States of America. There is a Canada-wide warrant out for his arrest for first-degree murder, kidnapping and forcible confinement.
There is also currently an Interpol Red notice for the international provisional arrest of Rabee pending extradition to Canada.
The police service has partnered with BOLO to launch a widespread campaign to encourage individuals to give up Rabee's current location.
The family of Chance Gauthier is asking anyone with information to cooperate with the investigation so their son's murderer can be brought to justice.
"We know there are people in this city who know where Chance's killer is. We have no doubt of that. We hope that by hearing a little bit about Chance, those people will connect with him. We hope they will care," said Kimberly and Scott Gauthier in a statement about the campaign.

The family describes Chance as a caring, smart, funny 16-year-old who loved sports. They say he was always around to lend a helping hand and was a great son, brother and uncle.
As part of the BOLO campaign, 13 billboards will be erected throughout Windsor, and a social media campaign has been launched in the region and in foreign locations.
"It won't be easy for us to see the billboards around town. They'll make us anxious and fearful. But, we must do this for Chance and for the community's safety," said Kimberly and Scott Gauthier.
BOLO Director Max Langlois says these campaigns have the best success when launched in the area where the crime took place.
"Where the accused has extensive family ties, where his friends and associates are still. So the objective here is to generate tips that will lead the Windsor Police Service investigators the right way," said Langlois.
The $50,000 reward will be handed out for any tip that leads to the arrest of Rabee. The reward remains in effect until October.
