Windsor police are looking to the public for help finding a man suspected in a stabbing over Labour Day weekend.
It happened shortly before 7:30 p.m. on Sunday. Officers were called to a supermarket on Crawford Avenue near Wyandotte Street West after a man had been stabbed there. A victim was found with serious but non-life threatening stab wounds and was rushed to hospital.
The investigation revealed that the suspect and the victim had known each other, likely a targeted attack.
Surveillance camera footage at the location, seen below, showed the suspect striding away from the business and walking down a street.

Police say the suspect is described as an Asian male, around 50 years old, with dark brown hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing glasses, a grey jacket with a black collar, black elbow patches and black trim at the waist, red pants, and a darker-coloured toque. He also wore a fedora-style straw hat that was found near the scene.
The investigation is active, and police are asking any witnesses, or those with additional security camera footage, to give them a call.
