The Windsor Police Service has identified the outstanding suspect in the shooting outside a bowling alley last week.
On April 9, five people were shot after an altercation. All five victims were treated and released from the hospital.
Police have already arrested and charged three people with attempted murder in connection with the incident.
Investigators have now identified Fernando Anthony Ratcliffe as the outstanding suspect. The 22-year-old has no fixed address and his whereabouts are unknown.
"Our Major Crime Branch Investigators continue to work diligently on this case and have made great strides in identifying those responsible. I would also like to thank the community for providing very helpful and timely information to move this investigation forward," said Superintendent Jason Crowley.
Ratcliffe is described as a Hispanic man, around 5'2 - 5'5", and 150 - 170 lbs. He has "Ratcliffe" tattooed on his right forearm. He was last seen wearing a yellow/brown coat with black sleeves, a grey hooded sweater underneath, a black facemask, and a blue baseball hat with white "L.A." lettering.
Ratcliffe is wanted for five counts of attempted murder, reckless discharge of a firearm, and occupying a motor vehicle with a firearm.
The firearm involved in the investigation is still outstanding. Police say the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.
