Unifor Local 444 members have ratified the agreement with Avancez, a Windsor Assembly Plant feeder plant.
The union confirmed, 90 per cent of members voted in favour of the agreement.
This is the third Windsor Assembly feeder plant to ratify a three-year deal. ZF-TRW and HBPO ratified agreements earlier this month.
Unifor Local 444 President Dave Cassidy says a deal with the final plant, Dakkota, will be a little more complicated.
That company lost its supply contract with Stellantis to rival CPK. The new contract begins in June while Dakkota will continue operations until August.
"They gave us notice that they have no future product. So I've met with Chrysler, I've told Chrysler that they have to absorb them because it's no fault of the workers," said Cassidy. "Stellantis has given the work to CPK, CPK is going to be doing the future work, either CPK or Stellantis is going to make sure these workers have a home."
Cassidy said when the union goes to the bargaining table with Dakkota, they will negotiate a collective agreement for the remaining months of operation and a closure agreement.
"Dakkota has an obligation to these workers for severance. We are not walking away from the bargaining table without a closure agreement for severance for all of these workers," said Cassidy.
There are currently 138 union employees at the Dakkota facility.
