Police arrest suspect in homicide investigation

One suspect has been arrested in the homicide of 69-year-old Reginald John Frickey.

Just after 10:30 a.m. Thursday, 25-year-old Joshua Bulmer was arrested and charged with first-degree murder and break and enter.

Investigators determined the accused was known to the victim and confirmed the homicide to be an isolated incident. A motive for the crime has not been released.

The second person seen in video footage released by police had no connection to the incident. Police say the accused was the only one involved.

WPS report more collisions, fewer injuries

The Windsor Police Service is responding to more collisions in the city so far this year but fewer accidents involving injuries.
