A Sarnia man is facing charges after allegedly taking photos up the dress of a woman on New Year's Day.
Windsor police were called to a business on Riverside Drive East near Glengarry Avenue for a fight.
Officers said the man was seen by two women using his cellphone to photograph up one of their dresses.
The 46-year-old was charged with secretly recording a person for sexual purposes.
