Final days of Bright Lights Windsor

If you haven't been to Bright Lights Windsor yet, time is running out on this year's celebration.

The countdown is on until the final day, Tuesday, when the event will shut down for the last time at 10 p.m.

Every night since December 7, hundreds of people have enjoyed the holiday displays from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Jackson Park was festooned with over 2 million lights this year along the two-kilometre route.

The event grows each year. This year, new additions included the Holiday Train Tour and a Chalet, but planning for Bright Lights Windsor 2025 is already underway.

Even before set-up started in October, Manager of Recreation and Events Michelle Staadegaarde said city staff began planning for Bright Lights Windsor 2025.

Staadegaard said more than 105,000 people visited Bright Lights Windsor so far this year.
