What do you think of LaSalle's new strategic plan? The town wants to know

After several months of work, the Town of LaSalle wants to know what residents think of its new strategic plan.

The draft plan went before councillors earlier this month and included the results of a phone survey conducted by Leger in December. The town also held three pop-up events, where staff spoke with over 200 people and focus groups with local businesses and community organizations.

However, the town is releasing a new online survey to get the reaction of anyone they haven't spoken with already.

The survey is open until April 4.

The administration started updating the plan, called LaSalle 2050 because the town's population is expected to grow significantly in the coming decades.

It will guide the council's decisions over the next five years.

LaSalle town councillors will see the final plan at an upcoming meeting this spring.
