There are 11 people vying for two trustee positions on the Greater Essex County District School Board.
The two positions, one representing LaSalle and Amherstburg and the other representing Leamington and Pelee Island, are vacant after the resignations of Ron LeClair and Nancy Armstrong.
The board accepted applications for the positions between November 20 and December 11.
All of the candidates will be interviewed by the current board on December 15.
Two new trustees will be appointed after a vote by the board the following day.
