Last year's Grow On Windsor campaign raised over $375,000 for local cancer care.
Men in the community have been sprouting facial hair in the month of November for this campaign since November 2014.
“This campaign truly reflects the strength and compassion of our community,” said Houida Kassem, Executive Director of the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation. “Grow On Windsor is about people showing up for our cancer community in meaningful ways. Every dollar raised helps ensure local care, support, and resources are available when they are needed most.”
This year, the top fundraiser was the Rosati Group which raised $55,000 for the campaign to help celebrate the company's 55th anniversary.
“As The Rosati Group celebrated its 55 th anniversary, it was important for us to give back in a way that truly reflects our values and our gratitude for this community,” said Tony and Nick Rosati of The Rosati Group. “Supporting local cancer care through Grow On Windsor
was a natural choice. We are proud to support the patients, families, and dedicated healthcare teams who rely on these funds every day.”
Funds raised through Grow On Windsor support local cancer programs and services, helping enhance patient care, treatment experiences, and access to vital resources at the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre.
