Police are asking for the public's help as they search for a federal offender who breached his statutory release.
Edward Seery is described as a 45-year-old Indigenous man, who is 5'10" and 251 lbs. Seery has brown hair and blue eyes, along with several tattoos.
The numbers 5, 1, and 9 are tattooed on his right forearm along with a skull with a helmet and a soldier. The word "OMEGA" is tattooed on his left hand, and the word "ALPHA" on his right. He has a shamrock with a skull on his upper torso and back, and a cross on his left upper arm.
Seery also has scars on his left knee and his left ear.
The suspect was serving three years for possession of a scheduled I/II substance for the purpose of trafficking.
Seery is known to frequent the Windsor area, as well as Cayuga, Delhi, Simcoe, Hamilton, Cambridge, London, and Six Nations.
