Annual Ritual Underway In Windsor

The 15th annual Face to Face Campaign to help the Hospice of Windsor and Essex County is underway.

The campaign asks friends, co-workers, neighbours, church friends and family members for donations to benefit the hospice.

On average, the hospice provides over 8,500 free rides a year to patients and their families to and from medical appointments, therapy or the Hospice Wellness Centre for day programming.

Each $10 contribution helps to provide one ride.

Over 50 volunteer drivers help to sustain the transportation program.

The Face to Face Campaign runs until September 30.

For more information about services at the hospice or to donate visit www.thehospice.ca and follow the campaign on Twitter @HospiceF2F.
