In the coming weeks, you might see armed soldiers marching in formation along the streets of West Windsor.
Local Canadian Army Reservists from the Essex and Kent Scottish Regiment will hold training exercises near Major F.A. Tilson Armoury.
They'll march with their weapons, but they won't be loaded.
The exercises prepare Canadian Army Reserve members for different weather conditions and help maintain fitness and stamina while carrying equipment.
Residents in the area may see up to 30 soldiers marching in different formations. They'll be easy to spot. Soldiers will wear high-visibility marker vests. A safety vehicle with its four-way signals flashing will bring up the rear of the formation.
Drivers should slow down when passing the soldiers, and residents need to take extra care approaching military vehicles and personnel.
