“I’m thrilled to take on the role of President & CEO of CKHAF, leading an organization that is so important to the community and its hospital,” said Colautti. “There is no greater calling than supporting local healthcare. I look forward to working with the staff, Board, hospital colleagues, and the incredible community of Chatham-Kent.”
According to CKHAF, She worked in healthcare for over 23 years and the philanthropic sector for 17 years and has held leadership roles in hospital foundations, leading and supporting teams that have raised millions of dollars for local healthcare.
CKHAF noted Colautti is widely acknowledged for her leadership and vision in healthcare philanthropy and her strong business acumen and will position CKHAF successfully for the future.
"Christine’s tireless work has not only reignited an appreciation and passion for Canadian healthcare, but her expertise and experience in fundraising in the healthcare sector have translated into significant financial successes for ESHF," wrote the CKHAF Board of Directors in a news release. "During her tenure at ESHF, Christine exceeded revenue expectations, elevated the brand of the Foundation to new levels in the community, and established a new operational framework that diversified programming and safeguarded the Foundation against the challenges presented by the pandemic. Christine led the way in generating record revenue for the Foundation through signature events and annual giving initiatives. The value that she has brought to the healthcare system in that region has been unprecedented."
