St. Thomas police say two people are charged after a child pornography investigation.
Few details about the case are being made available, however, members of the Criminal Investigation Branch said the two people were arrested on July 13.
As a result, a 42-year-old and 44-year-old, both from St. Thomas, are both accused of one count of making arrangements to commit an offence against a child and one count of invitation to sexual touching.
The 42-year-old faces additional charges of sexual interference and accessing child pornography, while the 44-year-old was dealt a separate charge of making, distributing and possession of child pornography.
Both remain in police custody. Police officials said they will not publish the names of the accused to protect the victims involved in the investigation.
No other information is being provided, police said.
