The damage from a fire on Tuesday at a home on Balfour Boulevard in Windsor is estimated at $70,000.
Firefighters were called to the home between Reginald Street and Coronation Avenue around 3 p.m. The fire was under control an hour later.
No one was hurt, but Windsor Fire and Rescue Services said there was a lot of smoke and flames coming from the home when firefighters arrived.
It started in a bedroom, but the cause is listed as undetermined.
