Woman charged in Chatham homicide re-arrested in LaSalle

A 24-year-old woman previously charged with first degree murder in Chatham has been re-arrested.

Last Thursday, Sky-Linn Holden was arrested in LaSalle after allegedly violating her bail conditions three times in roughly a week since being released.

She was first arrested and charged in the death of 27-year-old Louise Thomson back in June of 2024.

Holden’s surety, the person who legally agreed to supervise her, was also charged for facilitating a breach of a release order.

Police did not specify whether Holden remains in custody or has been re-released.
