Olivia and Noah continue to top the list of popular baby names in Ontario.
The Ontario government has released the top 20 baby names registered in 2024.
The boys' name list hasn't changed in the last three years, with Noah on top, followed by Liam, Theodore, Oliver, and Jack. Noah has been the number one baby boy name in Ontario for the last six years.
While the order has changed slightly, the top five girls' names have also been the same for the last three years. In 2024, the top names were Olivia, followed by Charlotte, Sophia, Amelia, and Emma.
Olivia has been the most used girls' name in Ontario for the last 16 years.
Rounding out the top ten girls' names were Ava, Maya, Sofia, Mia, and Isla.
Other popular boys' names were Henry, Benjamin, Lucas, Muhammad, and Leo.
