The Windsor Spitfires scored a 4-1 victory over the Oshawa Generals on Thursday.
The Spitfires took a 1-0 lead in the first period and extended it to 3-1 in the second. A final unanswered goal in the third ensured the win for Windsor.
This was the second win in a row for Windsor against Oshawa, and Spitfires right winger Christian Fischer says it wasn't an easy one.
"It's hard to play against a team home and home, [there's] a lot of video on both teams," he says. "You know the structure, you know pretty much all their set plays, so it was a good win by our team."
The Spitfires return to the ice on Sunday to take on the Saginaw Spirit at 4pm.
