Investigators continue to gather information in the wake of Windsor's fourth homicide of 2025.
At around 3 a.m. Wednesday, Windsor police stopped a 29-year-old man for stunt driving near Chatham Street East and Goyeau Avenue.
Officers noticed dried blood on his face and clothing, prompting an investigation that led investigators to a home on Langlois Avenue and Giles Boulevard East.
A 26-year-old woman was found unresponsive inside, and was later pronounced dead at hospital. Police believe intimate partner violence is behind the incident.
Police are requesting video surveillance footage from residents and businesses in the area highlighted in the map below, between Erie Street and Giles Boulevard, with a particular appeal to anyone whose property faces the alley of Palermo Lane.
